The info for the event states that the weight of the bergen needs to be 35lb.

Just as a matter of general interest I read an article in Runners World which suggested that running to even breaths could be responsible for leg injuries.

The premis is that because the same leg hits the ground on both the in breaths and out breaths the repeptive nature of it is conducive to knee ...

I can see the differences between blokes doing the All Arms Course compared to the guys doing the full 30 week course, but was interested in the reactions of the Training Staff to the (mainly pongos afterall) who turn up for the All Arms.
