Regarding the NHS, honestly for all it's faults and the complaints i respect it more after being in America for a while. I had a problem with my lung over Christmas and a few check ups and one xray certainly built up a decent sum.

I know the NHS is far from perfect, but i'm still damn glad it's free.

You are really going to need that protein to get you through the days mate, and i don't know about you but tuna day in day out doesn't really appeal. :-?
