Is my cardio routing good enough?
Ok well today i did a 1.5 miler outdoors and got a horrible time of 10:22 :/
I expected much better as last week i did a 1.5 miler on a treadmill in 9:22, however it was on zero incline.
I need to knock at least 42 seconds off this before ADSC, and at the moment ive done my GR8 medical forms ...
