During training are you allowed to use a DE razor.

During training are you allowed to use a DE razor instead of a multiblade razor or a dispossible one??

Because I've got a mole on my upper lip and it just bleeds and bleeds when I use Multiblade/dispossible razors.

I've also heard that you have another medical at AFC Harrogate I was just wondering what sort of medical tests they do when you arrive at harrogate?

How fit do you have to be when you attend Harrogate, I know they don't expect you to be superman but what sort of level of fitness.

Some do run with you, but not as a pace runner. Some might run at the front, some in the middle, and always 1 at the back to make sure the stragglers get back, but they dont push you to go faster, or tell you how fast your going. Another question if you dont mind, at the ADSC do some of the instructors run with you on the 1.5mile run to ensure that you pass.

It's if you're between 16 and 17.5 year's old, it's just the same basically but you would got to AFC harrogate and that will be your phase one training.
