just a quick question had the cartilage removed from the left side of my right knee it does not bother me at all would this stop me form joining the paras

any info would be of great help

what bergan does the ta sas use

22 use the plce ?

21 & 23 use the old external frame sas rucksack ?

and would I be correct in thinking that I will be best off using standard issued boots to do my bergan training

any info or thougts on this would be a great help thanks :drinking:
