ive got 5 weeks until my ADSC, and i want to knock 1min 30sec off my run time..
how many times a week do you suggest i should be running without over doing it, but still being able to get down my time?

a grade C is going to leave you a long wait im afraid mate
i was told a grade B will leave me with at least a 6 month wait if not more, and my choice is the infantry as well

what grade did you get at ADSC?
alot of regiments are over-manned at the moment and are only taking in the best.

they mostly use the colt canada (diemaco) C8 SFW or the L119a1 as its know

so, i phoned my recruiter this morning to ask a few questions. He mentioned me doing a thing called 'Ace', which i take it, is a 1 day look a life sort of thing correct? ive googled it but couldn't find anything.

i havent passed adsc yet.. thats my next step. Im still training hard. Looks like ive got a long wait ahead then

so, im in the process of joining the infantry and im well aware that alot of regiments are overmanned. My first choice is PWRR and i already know that they are full up
so my question is, after passing ADSC, will they ignore my first choice and give me my second or third because the first is full up ...
