Basically i started training on monday and im super unfit but im determined to get to the standard i need to be. Is there any training programmes people have used that will help me? or any tips? I live in the countryside so there alot of good hills and wood to run around in.. any info would be help ...

Oh no that isnt the case First mate! I applied when i first left school but i thought it wasnt the best time to join, I had a decent job and ive been in a good place with job/home life but with me losing my job now its just kind of got me interested in joining again
