cheers for the replies! i have only been running 20-30 minutes each time at steady paces. I am just really worrying that the running side of things will let me down in my selection. And also i have a fitness day and look at life both in september and i really dont want to be left behind.

Can anyone give me any quick and easy tips to improve my running? I go for a run every other day and have been doing so for a couple of months now but I feel like im not getting anywhere with improvement

And also, if i have already done my barb test and been delcared medically fit will i have to go through all this again? And how long does it usually takei mean the whole process?

Hi, the course ended up getting full before i got a place so i have now got to wait until the 22nd of september i belive but im now thinking of taking a year out to travel and spend some time with old mates before joining the forces.
