In my opinion 'muslim' extremists seem to openly get away with racism on a regular basis, yet when the average British (Christian/other) person gets to the point of showing utter disgust by actions of 'muslim' extremists - they get branded as racist. This is what the average person is sick to death ...

Cheers for that mate.

I've got PGAC booked for Jan 18th 2010 and by the sounds of it I'm nowhere near ready (despite being relativley fit).

At the moment I can run the 3 miles in 20.22 mins, I can do
37 press ups in a minute and 50 sit ups in a minute. Just as an
indication on where I am at the ...

I had my AST in July and have been given a PGAC in Jan.

I think i might have been one of the last through the door, as i believe the position is now closed.

Cheers thanks, I am expecting the application in the post this week, just tried a few press ups, never really do them while training. I read somewhere that you got to be able to do 44 in two minutes, I've just done 44 in around 46 seconds.

Am I right in thinking 44 press ups in 2min along with 50 ...

Unlucky mate, better luck next time.

Have you been given any indication on how long you'll have to wait for your second attempt?

I was given a PGAC date of 18th Jan 2010 back in July but have since been told I need to pass a PJFT before I am able to attempt PGAC. I was told that should I fail to ...

The test includes a 2.4 km in 10:30, 40 press ups in a min and 41 sit ups in a min.

I can handle the run and situps ...
