Help with mapping out a 3 mile run.
Alright Lads (and lasses)
I came across a pretty nifty site for planning and mapping out routes. It pretty much google maps that you can draw on and It'll tell you in miles how far your planned route is.

Honington Training Video
Hey all,
Was just browsing youtube for a closer look at RAF Honington and came across this video which displays a couple of excercises that I know are in the PGAC. SUch as the obstacle course and the stretcher race. Hope this helps.

Balanced Diet
Hey Guys,
Im just at the start of getting in shape for my PGAC. Im 18 years old, live on my own and for the last 6 months have not been eating well at all. Now I'm no chef or dietition so was hoping a fellow REG hopeful can offer me some advice or ideas for a weekly diet plan.
Thanks
