Another thing (sorry about all the questions) were they strict on how press ups and sit ups are performed, did your elbows have to be tight to your sides when doing press ups and did your arms have to be crossed across your chest when performing sit ups, the marines have a PRMC which is apparently ...

Are the tests pass or fail events, say if you failed one test but passed the rest would you still be able to proceed with Para training also what kind of questions did they ask you in the interview? :-?

Alright paraprep1, great review just wanted to know how many press ups/sit ups you achieved in two minutes in the test and how much time did they give you to rest between each assessment or did they immediately follow each other?
