i've been ill for the past week, PGAC on monday so its been bad timing! but i went out and did 1.5mile run followed my 10 steep as hell hill sprints

hands down it was the hardest thing i've ever done in my life! if Battle Pt is like that are harder then next tuesday is going to be fun

Bad news I'm afraid, I failed on the 3-miler, pulled out with cramp in my calf after about 2 and quarter miles. However, I have been asked to go back in September to "smash f@#k out of it" so I'm keeping myself optimistic because I passed everything else.

Anyone been struggling with it lately? i have my PGAC on 1st june and i just cant seem to get out and train!

i lost all motivation when it took 4weeks to get a medical result, and i thought getting my PGAC date would make me step my game up! but obviously not :(

what do you guys do/use for ...

Well its only an extra 6 days off mine, just gives extra time to further improve yourself matey.

They told me on the phone that mine was supposed to be earlier than the 25th but it had been moved back.

I'm glad I had no setbacks on my medical, mine was the 20th. It'd do my head in waiting til June! Look on the bright side though you could still get the July TG course with a bit of luck, then you won't have much of a wait between PGAC and TG.

i hope so, would be pretty nice if i got 1 in july ...
