A lad who i did an insight course and ADSC with got deferred for having acne on his back and face, was quite bad though so maybe they judge after looking at it.

Hi, i recently passed ADSC and was wondering if anybody else is waiting for an intake date or have recently been given one for ITC Catterick.

Also is there anybody else waiting for an intake date to join The Duke of Lancaster's Regiment?

Just out of interest, what scores were other lads getting at ...

Thanks for that Aspinall, i am currently getting well prepared for selection in 19days, im fit enough at the mo but still smashing the gym every day, i've seen alot of stuff for the ADSC but not seen these so thanks again.

got ADSC at Glencorse i think on 20th-21st July anybody else going on that date?

Letter originally said 21st-22nd July but i asked if they could move it forward, the staff serg said he can move it forward a day so i am going with other people from our AFCO so im not alone.

i had to do my medical history forms first and my doctor farted around with them for 2 months before i could take my BARB test :( as though they arent getting paid enough to fill them out...

they must be short of drivers if i remember rightly that is what you want to do? lol my application seems to be/have taken/taking alot longer :)

i got 78 on my BARB, i was told i needed 26 for infantry, my result was on the test that was printed off after i finished

Pushed myself on sat night, got under 10mins, not sure exact time but about halfway after i had just run up a hill was 4:50, downhill and flat from there. Think i may have a problem tho i might be getting shin splints :/
