There you go fellas, they stay up for pretty much ever.

Personally I thought Rambo 4 was crap, he said about 15 lines and it was far too short, and no exploding arrows...I mean come on!!

So its a good thing I dont know who Jade Goody is then? :D The thing that pisses me off the most is if say old Beckham lost his leg in a car accident it would be world news for months, following him in rehab, and so on, and then the book he would most likely have someone write about it. Yet there ar...

But exercise wise basically just running, pressups, situps, pullups will get you PRMC ready. In regards to the weight issue, just focus on loads of CV, swimming cycling w...

I think its a definitive yes to that question. You look at climbers of the early days, no gore-tex clothing, fancy carbon fibre and titanium ice axes. Just a few woolen shirts, some leather boots and a bundle of rope. I think the change in society has come about by means of new safety equipment and ...

The MOD? If they do find this chances are they'll put it on a laptop to move it to another office and lose it, so I am certainly not worried!!
Last I heard they were up to 69 lost laptops... I'm no math expert but I would assume thats nearly 1-2 per AFCO and recruiting office.
