My point of view on it, is yes. the first 6 weeks is probably the hardest not physically but mentally as the discipline is driven into you the most in theses weeks, involving a lot of drill on the square ready for the week 6 passoff. so quite a few especially younger PTEs think about leaving. right ive just finished week 13. Just completed Tac Ex 1.

Hey guys,
just on my 2 weeks leave from catterick. had a really good time so far, mentally and physically demanding but really good.

Just done my Oath again for the second time in my life.
Bit different this time though, last time it was just me and an officer, this time about 10 other lads were there too.
and i was the only Agnostic one there so they all did there Oath together while i got to stand up on my own and do mine lol ...
