are you doing a lot of road running?

if so try to throw in some cross country or run on grass instead, puts less pressure on ya knees

if you are still on treatment then its a big NO sorry

you have to be at least 3 years free of treatment for them to even consider your application

any kind of self harm is a bar to all services

I have a pair of PT-03's and would highly recommend them. I think they also have a new updated model out now too.
yeah ive got the new "updated" ones

they look exactly the same to me though.. except they havent got the army logo underneath the tongue

cant go wrong for 38 sheets.. havent had ...

mate you will be fine dont worry

glasses aint a bar to the service in the infantry

as long as your within the +/- 6.00 power limit you'll pass so long as your vision is 6/6 when corrected

I'm training for the infantry now and i wear contacts 24/7 and its never been a problem, only time ive took ...

ps i wouldnt aim for a 12min30 run

thats what it still says on army site, but is that part of basic?

they dont account for things such as wind resistance etc

plus there's a lot more pressure on ya joints on road running

personally i find i run faster on the road than i do on the treddy... if you have to use the treadmill try setting the incline to 0.5 to emulate road conditions.
