just a quick thanks to all the useful advice and info i found on this forum, it helped me prepare for OASC and I am thrilled to have found out last week ive been accepted for my first choice, Fighter Controland begin IOT in feb.

so yeh, although i didnt really post many topics it was very useful ...

Fighter Control Officer

Hi,
hope everybody's ok....

Just a quick Q, to any fighter control officers, or anybody with knowledge about the branch, what , in your personal opinion are the best aspects to the job? Sorry if thats quite a vague question, just trying to find as much out as possible :)

Hi,

Just a quick question...

If you're applying as an officer, when is your first medical? Am i right in thinking its not until OASC (if you get that far)?

Thanks ever so much, i also read somewhere you can gain a degree when your "being" an intelligence officer, or that was what was suggested. Think i read it in the officer booklet they give out to anybody who's interested. Is this true? Whats the set up? xx

Also i heard that they're far more likely to accept somebody with a degree compared to somebody having just come out of college. Is this true? Or rumour? And if I didnt get accepted whats the minimum amount of time til i could re apply?
