If you are 17 for a few years maybe but not as a career at your mature age. I have done 22 and in the last 6 yrs it has really gone downhill for many reasons, I would not reccomend joining full stop these days. I work in recruitment not long til I leave thank the lord feel sorry for the poor souls ...
