Yes, well, i tried to do it gradually three times, and the after a few months it's always like i'm on start-point AGAIN :evil:
So i'll try the more drastic one, as to put it down at once, aye, day 1 of a war against myself 8)
apparently it gets easier over time....

uhm, okey, so i've got a little problem with coffee and coffeine addiction, i just can't stop drinking lots of it, well, it's kinda like emotional eating, and right now i need a little advice from someone who could stop smoking, or quit alcool, how did you do it??? :(

yeah, well it'll be correction,we can apply to engineering, the only restriction
for this is in the 'standard' officer training. Well, the training methods are quite confusing even for me, so i suppose i can only TRY to explain it :lol:
