Ok, what really works for me is that you dont breath upwords, breath outwards from the stomach, using your lungs, and muscles between the ribs, mooving your chest is a lot of energy, i get small stitches, but when i do i breath like this... it helps a lot!

JUst thought i would say, i ran 2.2 miles today, just as a short burst, as my usual of 5 and i ran it in 14.27 minutes.

Not too shabby, One big incline & decline but was a mudtrack.

Yet another introduction.

Good evening to everybody, i hope everybody is well.

Il make it brief, Im charlie, i live in warwick in the midlands, i am about to hand my application into the RM, and currently training for the PRMC.

I havn't been doing all that well, i am a slim build, and i play indoor football, outdoor also ...
