The pay is pants! I wouldnt recommend jioning at 31, purely for the fact that you could end up waiting 3/4 years before seeing a killicks rate and at your age Im sure you wouldn't appreciate, nor need a spotty irk telling you what to do.

AET or Air Engineering Mechanic as previously known is a better choice than handler if you actually want to fix aircraft.
As for GCSE's, the Navy has an Education Centre on each base which allows you to study for GCSE's in Maths, English etc. and also runs NAMET classes for those wanted to ...
