RSC you should p*ss on with the level of phys you are on at the moment.

Sounds like your doing all the right stuff there.

What is your BFT time at the moment? Can you easily get under 9 minutes 18 seconds??

How fast are you running? Are you doing about 7 minute miles on your 4.5 mile runs or doing it under 30 minutes?

Im pretty confident at my BFT being under 9:18 ...

What fitness are you doing at the moment?

Right now im doing,

4.5 Miles 3 Times a week
11.5 Miles endurance once a week
Hill sprints once a week
Then i do Pullups, Pressups (which is the lowest thing for me right now) and situps 6 times a week with one rest day for them, as well as core ...

im re-applying at the moment, got medicaly dischargeded in training early on for something that turned out to be no less then a muscle spazm. :-? .

Got my interview on tuesday, then RSC after that pretty soon i hope, been waiting ages to get into training again. :o

Go see a private physio, you can get a session for 20-35 quid at max and they are usually good with those sort of problems.

recently passed rsc

well i passed rsc yesterday due to start basic at bassingbourne in january some time, i was wondering what the medical before you start your basic is like? is it just to check if nothings changed since rsc?

The way i done the BARB test was like this:

Bill is taller than Harry.

I would then say to myself, 'Right, Bill is taller?'

Then when the page disappeared and the question asked 'Who is shorter?' , I would repeat 'Bill is taller' , and then select Harry .

I did the exact same thing and got ...

yeah mate the medical questionaire took me 5 weeks and i still havnt got my interview date, best thing to do is keep phoning them so they dont forget and put it to the bottom of the pile.
