For Initial Officer Training they recommend you sould be able to run 3 miles in at least 21 minutes.... To get onto A stream it's my understanding that you have to do it in around 8 or 9 minutes.

thanks, i'll give it a try.
i'm thinking i'll do a regular amount every time i finish in the toilet (haha) so i can fit training in perfectly in any schedule. and i'll vary between every hour a pyramid 10-1 and 5 sets of 6-8 pushups
