Joining the second time around.

Hi, i joined the RAF Regt about 3 years ago but PVR'd to persue another career. However im now settled in my current job and looking to join the RAauxF. The question is if i join the reserve, will i ever be able to join the regulars as in theory it would be my 'third' application?
Any help would ...

Sorry for the late reply havnt had access to the web in a while. Thanks for the replies, really good gen helpful to go on with.

Im currently working as a Mechanic in a dealership which is privatly owned so there is no company policy for TA/Auxillary duties and no employee under the current boss ...

Hi, Im really interested in joining the RAuxAF as a Regiment Gunner with 609 Squadron West Riding. Im just wondering on which order to start the application:

A. Tell the boss im interested, then start the application process.
B. Kick start the application process and then tell the boss so he knows ...

Those cards and posters where also used by the Royal Observer Corps. My grandfather has hundreds of playing card style profile pictures of aircraft and also A3 sized fold out posters with the same profile pictures.

Think my grandfather said they where used for revision exercises etc, hence them ...

Personally, id go into the RAF in January. Reason being you could gain the qualification your doing now (equivilent or better) in the RAF, also if for some reason you come out of the RAF you can always go back to a college and finish off what you started.

But on the flip side if your worried about ...
