here are my things at the moment :

Press-ups - 25
Sit-ups - 48
Pull-ups - 6
Bleep Test - 12.6
1.5 miles - 9:18
3 miler - 18.48

Is there any way i can pass with that?

my PRMC is in 13 days time.

i'd like to add on to what wannabe, im 16 years old and I have my PRMC in less than 2 weeks time and all the people i know are actually also doing other things with their lives, i live in a rough area and to all my knowlodge there is quite a few young people that are my age that are gonig for either...

I done it in exactly same time,
Cant wait for PRMC less than a month away :D
all hyped and ready for it,
running 3 miles in about 18 mins so will be fine there :)

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone else was doing the same PRMC as me which is on 04/0/8/08 - 07/08/08
please tell me if you do end up on this one as it was be nice to go down there and have spoken to some people.

iI am applying for royal marines and on my pre joining fitness test i only had to do 1.5 miles (2,4km) on a treadmill in under ten minutes.

guys I need some help on some things..... I got my PRMC on August 4th - August 7th And I was wondering for PRMC does you Elbows have to be inwards (towards your ribs) Or can they be outward elbows .... ?? Please guys i really need to know ASAP as need to train if im doing them wrong.... Thanks Justin

Had Interview Yesterday And Passed, They arranged for my medical on the 23rd June so my offcie realyl putting me quickly through, hopefuly will be doing PRMC in august time :)

i will be using a few of these notes to help me in my interview as they might come in handy, 2 more days till interview, hoping that i will pass, i'm a tad nervous about it but hopefully i will be ok

you can go straight to lympstone(32 weeks) once you have left school as i have asked about it and they said you can go straight into it

thanks and yup i hopefulyl will, im keeping it all up at the moment, as ive jsut finished school all i have to do is train so day in day out im ready for bigger jogs and all that, i'm really wanting this dream come true career to happen and the way im going it will be perfectly fine to get into :)
