Dont worry about the trainasium lads, i was scared of height however the trainasium overcame my fear.The best advice on the shuffle bars is just relax and take your time getting across the obstacle

Don't it just.I did 1.5 mile log race down at Colchester and i tell you that was bloody painfull.I kept my team motivated though and we did pass it.However we had a few people who dropped off.The idea is to work as a team if ya get ya whole team on a log and not fall off it will be easier but when ...

Yeh im starting on the 12th March.I did selection up at Glencorse for the Paras.Was'nt hard at all did pull ups,static lift,dynamic lift and ammo box lifting on the first day and then on the second did 1.5 mile run and then did team tasks.All straight forward and it is'nt hard untill training

Yeh i suppose. I have a allergie towards cats and dogs thats what triggers it off.I am joining the Paras im ready for it as i have been training for 2 years.

No thats the point i havent been treatment free for 4 years.I had evidence from Bupa hospital to state my breathing was excellent.Then i went to see my doctor to get a report of him he did a breath check on me and said yeh your fine.With the evidence from the doc and Bupa i had a appeal the ACFO ...

You can join the army if you havent been 4 years treatment free.If you have the evidence from the specialist to state that you dont suffer from asthma you will be accepted into the British Army like i have :) :) :) Anyone has any problems joining because of Asthma i will try my best to help you
