well I guess Ill be giving AFCO a visit before I thought I would be.
is there any harm trying to train for that type of fitness with it being that far away?

truth hurts
Ill target around that sort of wieght then, might be an idea to check with the doctor to see if i physically able to do mid distance running to marine level.
