Update:

Had my Interview and medical on the 30th and passed. I have a RMAD on the 15th. Looking forward to it :D

It's a long shot but, does anyone have a copy of the chart from the "100 push-ups for breakfast" web site? I was making good progress but the web site has been down for a few weeks now.

Had my Eye test on Tuesday. Hardest thing was finding a parking space. Looking forward to the interview now but I'm a little concerned about my lack of progress with press ups. Will wait and see what is said at my RMAD.

Training is going better than ever. Knocked out 3 miles is 21 minutes. Not the fastest in the world, but not bad after only 2 weeks of running. Only thing that is letting me down is Press Ups.

Training is going well. Just trying to fit the training program given to me by my AFCO around my Job. Easier said than done at the moment. Thinking about reducing to part time hours.

I have my Recruit Test this Friday so fingers crossed and I should be fine.
