Thanks Marc, all of that was extremely useful and helpful, and yeah it did occur to me after I posted that the Corporal at the AFCO crossed out the Fitness test and highlighted the PGAC instead.

Thanks for the speedy reply.

I've started doing press-ups/sit-ups every morning, but wasn't sure about before bed, by started I mean in the past week.

And yea, I do carry on with the stitch, if I take my mind off it, it doesn't bother me a great deal. And I think I was just under 11minutes. To be ...
