Yeah I know plenty of people that run long distance for norfolk
and they struggle to do 12 press ups.

The test is just to test Basic fitness
So when you get to halton you can improve

No it wasn't hard at all

I did 15 press ups

and 38 sit ups

Just cant wait to get my date for halton now

Sorry I will try with grammar

In your pjft you will have to do 16 sit ups in 1 minute
and 9 press ups in 1 minute

But these are not a pass or fail.

The only thing you can fail on is the run.

hey, thanks alot

the 1.5 mile was hard but tbh if you keep going through at the run only 400m to go or come on push your self for the 200 meters thats how i got through it

along as u have a very basic level of fitness i believe you will do the 1.5 mile within a good time.

hey every one,

passed my fitness test to day in 10 mins 50

the p.i at the gym was really helpful.

seemed strange tho he was surprised i ran it in 10 mins and said most recruits don't bother trying and just go for the 12 mins
but i thought i'd try any way.

right can any one actually tell me what ...

thought i'd let you know that i've now chosen my second choice trade ict specialist,

I have one question tho as i am going in unqualified they said they would be looking for something else to show through in the interview
any ideas what that might be?

and what should i revise

Hey had my aptitude test to day.

I was going in for weapons tec

As I haven't got a maths gcse at level C I have a D :(

Was going for a score of 65

I got 64 :(

I'm gutted

if i had of got a C in maths i would of been in as the score was 63


hmmmmm going have to try and get that C sum how ...

yeah I know it doesn't have a preferred score was just wondering what a good socre was tho

yeah it was out of 45 I honestly scored 35 but I couldn't really do the memory as its hard to test my self,

hello been watching this forum for a while now found it really helpful so thanx :D

but I have 1 question

you know in the practise test the afco give you in that booklet what would you say a good score is in it?

as it is out of 45?

what would you say thanx in advance
