Early August..

Well, im just gonna do 20-30 minutes of running a week plus 2 x a week cycling.. and throw in some sits up and ress ups and stuff

Well when i was interested last year was thinking either RLC or an Infantry role.. Maybe Grenadier or Coldstream Guards.. but i need to pick my fitness up alot before i even consider going into the AFCO really... My aim is to be on selection around September time hopefully!

I wrote a while on here about me joining the Army but due to me breaking my ankle my plans were delayed.. but my doctor has said im good to start training again.. so can anyone give me any advice to ease myself back in.. i have been running for the past week or so.. about a mile a time as im trying ...
