I was just wondering where every-one does their pull-ups? I can't find any where to do mine, I was thinking about buying one from the internet but they are quite expensive and since im only 15 I don't exactly have enough money. I was thinking could I just use a tree, it would be the same as doing it ...

Hi, I have only resently started training my self and I would recommend you run around 3 miles everyday if you can and look on the marines web site at their training tool very helpful to me :)

Hmmmm, im not sure what it's called when I go back to school (it's half term :p) I'll try and find out for you. It was on a machine, which is easier than on a bar, on a bar bench pressing I can do around 45-50 KG I think not 100%. The bench that we did the competition involved sitting down on this ...

Yes as it says above I am using the Royal Marine training tool, and the reason I asked again was because I still hadn't decided and there are a few new people on this site now and was looking for their opinion.

Cheers, mate :) I am currently using the royal marines training tool, :) but with a few modifications.
I am going to drop the weights I think.

I have only just recently started training and I am weight training on Mondays, CV on Tuesdays, weights on Wednesday, etc etc then rest on Sundays. Would you reccommend I just give up the weights, because I am strong for my age (the other day in PE we had a little compo for fun and I came second I ...

If your ezema does get bad in hot dry conditions what are you going to do if you are in a hot place with Marines, e.g. Afghan?

The fact is butterbean is a super heavy weight not a heavy weight so it doesn't really matter if a heavy weight or light weight would knock him out since he is not their weight.
