Thanks again for that fitness guide, am going to give it a try. If there's anything else you can think of to help give me a heads up for what's to come it would be gratefully received.

I've served 5 years so am able to pyt my notice in to leave, the transfer works along a simial line. I put in for early release inview with joining the Paras, the Navy contacted the Army and imforded them of my interest in transfering into the Paras. In turn they asked for my medical and service ...

Last push

I join basic training in just 2months and would like any help on what fitness I can do to best ready myself for whats ahead. I'm transfering from the Navy. My fitness level is good but could always do with improvement.
