I have been in the TA for around 6 months now and i have to say it's one of the best things i've ever done. It has given me the tools to scratch a miltary ictch that has been bugging me ever since i failed Royal Marines selection.
The group of lads who i joined with are a really good bunch and we ...

I think it's disgusting the way some people pretend to be sf. I am currently trying to get into the Royal Marines, and knowing what the SAS and SBS (respectivly) go through to do what they do makes me shiver. SF is something i would love to have the opportunity to not be able to tell anyone about ...

Hi,
I don't have a confirmed date for my PRMC as yet, i have to run the PJFT this Thursday which wont be a problem as i'm running 1.5miles in around 9.50 at the min. I usually run 3miles in around 20mins at the mo, bearing in mind that is on fresh legs i need to get some more training in.

I know that feeling, the first time i was put on the vehicle, the second time i was 300m from the finish. It's the worst feeling in the world.

You can have three attempts as long as CTCRM allow it.
I failed both previous times on the three mile run, i have never been a comfortable runner at long distances, i will be the first to admit though, i just gave up.
