hi there

can 'shin splints' be treated with any kind of cream/medicine etc.? or is rest the best that can be done, also does it only occur when running on ground such as pavements?

hi

regarding the weights section of physical training, is it worth doing split body workouts or an overall weights sessions, ie. arms, back, chest, shoulder etc. all at once.

any replies would be much appreciated

hello there!

i'm new to this, but i have to agree with the comments on Bear Grylls. his achievements are extrordinary, especially with his back injury then climbing everest not long afterwards, his new t.v programme started well also.
