Do you find any major difference running on a treadmill to road running ? It's just that I really struggle to adapt to a treadmill but can run much quicker on roads/cross country.

My AFCO were extremely quick to sort my date for RT. Passed PRMC on the Friday and they had sorted a date by the following Monday.

JCAP3 - Excellent and congratulations on passing PRMC, having been there and done it I know how tough it was (especially Bottom Field that session has been giving me nightmares) !

Keep me posted when you get your date for RT from your AFCO.

Just got my date for RT the 5th March ..... cant wait, dont think I'm going to get much sleep between now and then.
