mate.... i would suggest longer recovery, and not worrying too much about time trials. too many people can get hung up on time trials. i would suggest only doing one every 4-5 weeks. keep the training up yet have more recovery days. rest is just as important as training. i was training everyday over ...

Mate, sounds good to me. Circuit training is great for building the aerobics. Like I said you’ve got a long time to get it fit so don’t go rushing it. Regarding the weights. I sat down with my senior sport lecturer at Uni and we devised my personal programme. I showed him the Matt baker video:
