mate.... i would suggest longer recovery, and not worrying too much about time trials. too many people can get hung up on time trials. i would suggest only doing one every 4-5 weeks. keep the training up yet have more recovery days. rest is just as important as training. i was training everyday over ...

As i said mate, i love the banter! i cant stand peoplel without a sense of humor. im going for POC, though its not going to happen until june some time. had an op on my knee may 05 so got to wait a year until.... hows your training????
