Camp circuits are 800m ish and they're sprints... you'll become well acquainted with them. 4 - 5 mile runs with a few sprints thrown in the mix... when you're in the field your training team could lash you up with something cheeky.

And there's always 'corrective physical training ...

It's because of the kit you'll be wearing... Webbing, daysack CBA etc. When you move it chaffes, which will aggravate any infection / acne / whatever you've got on that particular area.
