Bodybuilders have been drinking raw eggs for years. In bulking phases (off-season) some consume like 10 every morning.

I'd say just get some decent WHEY protein though. I use Optimum nutrition gold standard and it's awesome. It has every amino acid and ltos of BCAAs, 24g of protein per scoop ...

tip for when you have to hold it at bottom.

although it is cheating in a way.

Put your hands close together and when you go low you can rest on your forearms and it doesnt look like you are lying down.

can be a bit painful on your wrists though.

I do dips in my I'M A SCAMMER SPAMMER!!!, using the worktops. But that depends on yo I'M A SCAMMER SPAMMER!!!. You might also be able to do them on the stairs.

I *think* he means having loads of inspections, doing everything in doublequick time, getting shouted out lots etc etc isnt like how it will be when you pass out of training and get posted to your regiment.

I only think that beause we were told the same thing in army training.

Slow pace running is best for fat burning.

If your not fit at all tis reccomended as your not going to be able to run that fast for any distance.

Thats where the distinction between jogging and running comes in.

don't piss people off.

Keep your running fitness up during the last few weeks by going to the gym and running in spare time (i found that as we started tabbing, we stopped running so my last run time was slower, not that it really matttered).

i tested myself today and i can swim 22m underwater which i was dead chuffed with.


although i doubt im going to have to do that when i join, so it doesnt really mean anything.
