It's 4 days and its harsh. First exercise with kit musters, crash moves, mega early inspections (4:30am for 920!)
You do some target identification and some a very basic night nav but it's really any excuse to get you running up and down those damn hills lol.

As said above I think it depends on your training team. In the first few weeks of training we just had to tuck the covers under the matress and keep the bed looking tidy.
