Assistance please !

For those of you living in the London area..... I am going to stay in Central London soon for approx 4 weeks. Can anyone suggest any places(parks or hills) that I could easily get the tube to, for off road running, hill sprints etc. Cant afford to run on flat roads for a month. Thanks in advance Mei...

lodgi Santa obviously bought in bulk cause I got one too ! One thing to remember with it, is that the 220 - your age = MHR formula is only a guide. Everybody's different ! My max heart rate should be 188 based on that and yet I was 197 on a recent mile & half. Good piece of kit though. And T_T i...

Think you'd be under M3/4 Corridor, which as its in the south would be 21 I assume, but have a look at the map.

Halford, Had a look at that programme.... My opinion, (and its just that) is that there's too much swimming. Yes, swimming will be part of the training and you dont want to ignore it, but i'd concentrate more on circuits and combine that with running. Markthestab's idea of exercises between sprints/...
