As said visit an expert.

But an easy way to check is to look at a pair of shoes you've had for along time from the back and see if the sides have been pushed inwards or outwards.

look fellas you dont need to be superman and be able to do 30 miles when you do prmc the pti's will get you fit for the longer runs when you start recruit training keep to 3 to 4 mile runs at a fast pace hope this helps ross

How far do you guys run when training?

Only been training just over a month, but just wanted to know how far others run in the build up to prmc and beyond.

At the moment I run 6 days a week (3 days, day off, 3 days), and do a mixture of 1.5 mile, 3 mile & 5-6 mile all with a warm up jog of 0.5 - 1.0 mile, and a warm down of the same ...

Laser eye surgery...

I want to join the RMR, and would have to have corrective eye surgery. Anyone know the official stance on this, I know the army (well sas(r) from some lit they sent me) allow certain types.

Secondly, would they know if you've had it done or is it just a matter of reading the chart?
