I wouldn't even bother thinking about appealing James. If you didn't pass the 3 miler (the easiest of the PRMC tests from what I can remember) then you don't deserve to pass the course, simple as that. My advice to you is to carry on training your bollocks off and go down there and smash it next time.

I'm home on sick leave at the moment (hopefully be back up Fassers in 4 weeks time) and was talking to an oppo (Murphy) yesterday who said a lad from 40 had joined the troop. I'm hanging out to get back up there mate, been off for 4 months now ...

Not in RT m8 passed out early Feb based up FPG. Was just wondering if they were gonna take u lot out in the ORC's on the Menai Straight cos that would be pretty Wazz, I was just gonna see if I could tag along.

Alright Nav. I'm from Menai Bridge, I'm back home at the moment on sick leave (Broken ankle) Just wondering what they'r doing down on the straight. I'll prob still be home around the 1st of Oct so will go down and have a skeg about if so.

Alright Dovey, the hardest part of training for me was final ex. Constantly freezing cold, wet and yomping for days with a bergan weighing around 125 Ilb's (I was the RO) :evil: . Bloody nightmare.

Druadan. I've volunteered for HW anti tanks so am on the waiting list which is 18 months near about ...

Been drafted to FPGRM which was my last choice lol. Oh well it's what you make of it, plus I'll get some very good training packages up there and definitely a lot of travel so it aint all bad. I was gutted at first because I wanted to go out on the next Herrick but it's not as if it's going away any ...

Alright fellas. Passed out yesterday with 946 troop. Best day of my life if not a bit surreal. Still hasn't fully sunk in yet that I've done it haha. Anyway just wanted to wish those of you in training good luck and remember to stick with it and remember why you joined up in the first place ...

I know someone who went AWOL lost and found. He's from my village. He was in the army (can't remember what regiment) and he hated it but couldn't leave so just ran away. The MP's caught up with him though and he got banged up in Colchester for a bit then had to serve the remainder of his contract ...
