Are you allowed to join RMR if you need to wear glasses?

Thanks for your tips. NLP sounds a bit far out, but I think I will give it a try.

After exercise, especially in the evening, I find it hard to wind down. It takes me a long time to relax and get to sleep. Can anybody give me any tips?
