ive going to rsc just wondered if anyone on this forum was going then

hi everyone i was thinking of one day attempting selection , i read on internet because of security due to photographers and such sas no longer run in the beacons but in scotland instead.
any idea if this is true and where abouts they train as if they have moved then to train on beacons would be ...

thanks anyway ill try to just run faster. Everytime i run im quicker than the last by up to 20 secs i started off 2 months ago only being able to run a mile and half in 14 mins , i feel ive come a long way and hope my times will keep coming down

hi everyone just wanted a little advice im 25 years old and hope to join the royal eng, im going to rsc soon and want to get my mile and and half time down from 10.55 any suggestions im running every other day
