still 50 presses and 50 situps in 2mines and 1.5m in <10m30s to pass

thats what it still says on army site, but is that part of basic?

I have mates in QDG and they're saying the CMS input phys tests are mile n half in 9:30, 50 press ups in 2mins and similar for situps

are they still the same or now a bit like the rsc tests like iv read?

i just worry cos in RSC everyone was running sub 9min's and i was 3rd from last with a 10:20

I got sprung for RSC and did the 1.5m in 10:30 but i was one of the last. im not fat at all, but i feel im gonig to be the literall fat c@#t of the lot. lol. just wanted to be more prepared. so am i gonna get picked on by the ranks cos i wont be superfit?

passed. doctor made me do pressups in medical did about 10 without too much bother. did full 150 on jerry can, full 55 on static, run in 11.18 9/10 on grenade test, only about 3 heaves cos a couple didnt count, and did quite well on tst dont know how well they didnt say but i did maths a level ...

actually, what sort of margins for failure are there on static, dynamic, back extension etc.

1st choice is special operator in signals, just not the strongest person in the world

Does it really matter for RSC and onwards on your ability to do press ups and sit ups??
