im in 922 troop, we were the first one's to get those tracksuits and weve got quilts and new insoles aswell, come on the comfort troop ps. foundation is nasty

im starting my second week of training and i have to say that the main thing that gets you through is the rest of your troop and all the laughs you have at 2:00 am when your still ironing kit and have to be up at 5:30 am.

i think we lost about 6 lads on bottom field

the thing i found helped me was not counting the press-ups, sit-ups etc. in my head and just doing them until you really, Really physically cant do any more. sounds weird but it did help.

im at darlington afco, i said as soon as possible but i wasnt expecting that soon, they didnt say anything about reserving a place for me either

the 3 miler was ran at a steady pace with a cheeky speed up at a small bank.

sit-ups - 59
pull-ups - 4
v02 max - 11.2

people were droping out at different times over the two and a half days because it wasnt for them or they were just fragged and couldnt cope anymore ...

around 29 passed out of 44, any questions and i'll answer them best i can
