Routes, coordinates etc can't be posted in the public domain for security reasons. If you hit the right part of Brecon Beacons, you'll probably see some tracks worn in from years of walking though :wink:

Depending on who you're with, you may train elsewhere than South Wales. I know 21 train in South Wales, and I'm aware 23 train up north somewhere. No idea where SBS(R) train. For the joint UKSF selection, though, they all go to sunny South Wales.

Clean up your diet and keep excersising. As long as you've got a calorie deficit you're going to at least lose some weight. I personally find that when losing weight I generally hit a plateau after a few weeks, and shuffling about my calorie/fat intake sorts that out.

I have a mate who attended the MPC and he later went on to recruit training. As far as I know, it's great for fitness.
