The only hill you need to worry about is about 10 foot tall and you will get beasted running up and down it on the bottom field for a couple of hours at a time. Such fun times.

Max age not minimum age as I'm near completing my other goal. I left week 22 for NZ, and I miss the beastings and wouldn't mind going back for some more fun.

There are no hills just a very slight incline depending on if you start by the pub or by the carpark, the beasting at the end is more fun.

Hi i was in 893 troop joined 17 feb 2005left at end of week 22.Im currently living in new zealand and want to know if all the ppl i left behind past out, would be cool to know if all the ppl i went through 22 weeks of training with past out.
