Oh I was told it aides digestion, but a RAF desk jockey (who has PTI quals.) in my gym locker room told me that you need the carbs and fat other wise it goes as excess waste ... the crab could be wrong throu

the RM work out seemed like Para one but replaced some stuff with swimming. Also it was a little short on info to be honest, there was more detail in the Para section

The only time i switched to BBC at that time and Blue Peter was on, and some BBC accented bloke was training with the RM and he passed out at 6 miles. did he do any of the tarzen course or complete the 30 miler in the end

I've seen High 5 advertised in Running magazines, I have only tried the energy drink throu very sweet. but theres a isotonic which replaces all the stuff lost in exercise

Pick up a US Army Ranger handbook, it's a great guide both for information on fieldcraft and basic leadership tactics for platoon to squad level command.

Also look at the US Infantryman's manual and survival manual.

You'll probably have to purchase these on amazon, but worth it if you want a ...
